Our Team

When you join the team, you join the family.

Missy Besanger, Client Service Representative

Missy is the voice of the operation and the first person you’ll talk to when you call, email or stop by. She’s a people person and a detail diva, in short, a customer champion. Originally from New York state, Missy loves being ‘almost’ Canadian. Bribing border guards with baked goods had nothing to do with her citizenship being on the fast track...

Trish Barnes, Type & Graphics

Trish is typography fanatic who understands the power of print and the glory of graphics. She deploys design, writing and marketing expertise to help customers glean top value from everything they print. When not at work she likes to mull things over.

Gordon Siegrist, Client Support Technician

Gordon is our certified copier technician, the guy who’ll install your Konica-Minolta machine and direct you in its proper care and feeding. He enjoys showing people how to get the most from their copiers and is always learning more to help you print better, faster, stronger—and with staples and folds.

Stephen Wik, Copier Division Manager

Stephen guides both Rocky Mountain Print and Murray's Office teams, encouraging them to reach new heights of customer care. He’s the backup technician for the copier division. Active in Cranbrook Rotary, Stephen is a business network nut, a kombuca aficionado and father to four spirited micro-Wiks.

Victoria Heyworth, Copier Sales Representative

Victoria is our newest sales representative. Her knowledge of business and her creative approach to getting things done means she will get you the perfect Konica Minolta copier for your business. Born and raised in Cranbrook, Victoria loves the Kootenays and all the area has to offer. You can find her out walking her blind dog, Faith, geeking out over cool shoes and Dyson vacuums and studiously avoiding ever having to eat sushi.

Don Wik, Owner & General Manager

When Don purchased Cranbrook Lithopress in 1973, he had no idea that he would be getting into a 40+ year journey in the printing industry. For more history about Don and his longstanding company, visit the History page.
